“The flower does not dream of the bee—it just blossoms.” Unknown

Your season of singleness is a gift. This time is precious, and it’s time you can’t ever get back once it’s gone. This is when Jesus is able to have your full attention without any distraction. A Godly marriage is a gift as well, but it will inevitably occupy precious time. Maybe you’re called to live a life of singleness forever. Is that such a bad thing? Does a greater love story than the Gospel even exist? The best anyone can hope for is a life devoted to the pursuit of God. If I had my way, I’d eventually meet the right man, and we would pursue God together, but it’s not necessary to my purpose and even has the potential to distract me from my purpose. Singleness is a blessing, too!
